How It Works
The Vendor Domain extension requires Magento2 - Vendor Home Page to work.
Vendor Domain extension allows vendor to use his own domain for his page (e.g. http://vendordomain.com instead of http://marketplacewebsite.com/vendor-id).
Vendor can also use subdomain of marketplace website for his page. E.g. http://vendor-id.marketplacewebsite.com
You can customize your theme so when vendor access to his page via his own domain everything seem to be vendor website, not a sub page of marketplace website.
