How It Works
Auction Extension will help to add a process of buying and selling goods or services by offering them up for bid, taking bids, and then buying the item to the highest bidder to your website. This extension will motive the buyer to do shopping on your website just like playing a game with the rule is by you.
Quick and easy to create an auction program
After installing Auction extension, a new manu will be shown in the Product tab in Sidebar of Magento Admin Panel. From here the admin can quickly create and manage his auction programs. Many product types are supported for adding to auction programs: simples, configurable, virtual, downloadable.
Separated Auction Page
Auction extension will create a separated auction page for showing all the featured and ending-soon auction programs. It will help the bidder to notice about the available auctions and to take the last chance to bid before the auctions is about to end.
Auto Bid Feature
Auto-bid is an advanced function that makes bidding more convenient for customers that they don't have to keep coming back to re-bid every time when someone places another bid. With Auto Bid, they just set the highest acceptable-to-bid price then let the system auto bid until the price is rising & reaches the set price.
Adding the interested auctions to the watch-list and keep track
The bidder doesn't need to join bidding an auction right from the beginning, they can add it to watch list and wait until the right time. The email notification system will send email to the customer and notice them every times a bid is placed.

Manage Auctions
- Add any products to auction program list.
- Import auctions from csv file.
- Set init price and bid increasement price for each auction.
- Can set reserve price for the auction. If the Closing Price is lower than the Reserve Price, The auction will be closed without winner.
- Set start time and end time for the auction quickly by using the date time picker with simple clicks.
- Set extended time for auction. If you set extended 30 seconds, the count down clock will be reset to 30 seconds automatically when a bid is placed in the last 30 seconds.

- Admin can enable/disable the auction extension.
- Set the global configuration for the option enable/disable auto-bid.
- Set the global configuration for the option allow customer to buy in regular price.
- Set auction update fequency. The auction information will be updated automatically every this period time by ajax technology.
- Set the config for bidder name so bidder name can be generated automatically by system, based on customer name or set by customer.
- Set some configuration for auction page like Top Static Block, Bottom Static Block, Meta Title, Meta Keywords, featured block, ending soon block.
- Admin can enable/disable Nodejs server for auction update.
